Halloween Events near Upchurch, Medway and Kent!


It’s that time of year again, when days are getting shorter and there’s a chill in the air. So, as we approach Halloween, what is there around the local area to occupy the little monsters?!


Pumpkin Moon - Rainham

Visit the Pumpkin Moon Pumpkin Patch with over 100 varieties of pumpkins available this year. whether you’re looking for a warty and weird Halloween decoration or a delicious, culinary delight. There is ample parking, various photo opportunities as well as delicious food and beverage stalls. Fancy dress is encouraged!


Halloween Spooktacular at Kent Life – Maidstone

22 Oct 2022 - 30 Oct 2022 - 10.00am - 5.00pm

Come along and join in with the family friendly Halloween events as Kent Life is transformed for the spooky season. There’s pumpkin carving, creepy cuddle corner, spooky farm rides and daily fancy dress competitions. Are you brave enough to come along and trick or treat in their historic houses? You never know who’s lurking behind the doors!


Kids Halloween Party at The Early Bird

There will be a Children’s Halloween Party on Saturday 29th October from 3-5pm! Bring the kids down to enjoy a range of fun and activities to celebrate the spooky season:

· Appearance from Wizzy the Witch

· Disco Entertainment

· Spooky Magic Tricks

· Glitter Tattoos

· Parachute Games


There will also be a fancy dress competition with a prize for the Scariest Costume! Tickets will be priced at £10 per child (Ages 3-9yrs) which will include all entertainment along with Food and Refreshments. We will be donating 50% of the ticket sales to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.


Not So Scary Halloween Adventure – Cyclopark Gravesend

Sat 29th October - 16:00–19:00

A Cyclopark Halloween adventure coming soon! Expect creepy crawlies, unexpected twists, and spine-tingling adventures. Come dressed in your spookiest outfit and sneak through the CycloMaze, you never know what devilish creature might jump out at you. Activities include:


• Not so Scary Halloween Walk

• Spooky Cyclomaze

• Ghost Hunt

• Halloween lights

• Children’s entertainment


Age: 8 and under (adults to attend with)

Price: £5 for children, adults free


Halloween at Leeds Castle

22-30th October

From ghosts and ghouls to pumpkins and apples, the Witches at Leeds Castle have created a spooky adventure throughout the grounds, so get ready for broomsticks, witches’ hats, twists and turns, and of course, lots of fun!


Watch and listen as Halloween performers share eerie witches’ stories, join in fancy dress competitions, embark on our pumpkin trail, complete the Halloween activity booklet, and take lots of family portraits at the Halloween frame at the entrance/exit so you can share your “terrifying” day with friends and family.

Activities include:

· Witches Stories with Ghosts & Ghouls

· An Apple A Day… Activity Booklet

· Pumpkin Trail

· Halloween Fancy Dress Competitions

· Spooky Fun & Games
